Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services for FINRA exam preparation, including the SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 66, and more. However, we understand that changes may be necessary. Please review our policy for refunds and rescheduling:
- Refunds
- Refunds are available within 24 hours of the original purchase if the tutoring session has not yet occurred.
- Refund requests made after the 24-hour period are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Rescheduling
- You may reschedule a session up to 2 times without penalty.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
